Early voting for the 2025 June Democratic Party Primary election in Chesterfield will commence on Saturday, June 7, at 9 a.m. The designated location for early voting is the Central Library, situated at 7051 Lucy Corr Blvd.

The Central Library will be open for in-person early voting from Monday to Friday, starting May 2 through June 13, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., excluding Memorial Day. Additionally, voters can cast their ballots on Saturdays, June 7 and June 14, during the same hours.

Voters who have received a by-mail ballot are advised to use the postage-paid return envelope or deliver their completed ballot to a secure dropbox. These drop boxes are available while polls are open during early voting or at any polling precinct on election day. The Registrar’s office will also accept ballots during regular business hours until June 17 at 7 p.m.

If voters issued a by-mail absentee ballot decide to vote in person instead, they must bring their mail-in ballot to the voting location and surrender it upon check-in. They will then receive a new ballot to complete and submit via the ballot scanner.

Curbside voting is an option for individuals with disabilities or those aged 65 and older during early voting.

In-person voters need to provide their name and address along with an acceptable form of identification. A full list of acceptable IDs can be found on the state Department of Election’s Voting In-Person page.

For further details about the primary election in Chesterfield, including sample ballots and candidate information, residents are encouraged to visit the Voter Registrar page.
