Chesterfield Parks and Recreation held its annual Halloween event, Spooktacular!, at River City Sportsplex on Tuesday, October 28. The event, previously called Trunk or Treat, offered activities such as trick-or-treating, haunted train rides on the RVA Express, bounce houses, and a pumpkin patch.
