The Chesterfield Planning Commission is scheduled to hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, May 20, at 6 p.m. The meeting will take place in person at the Public Meeting Room located at 10001 Iron Bridge Road.

Citizens are encouraged to use the online comment form to provide input on public hearings concerning zoning cases. Each public hearing requires a separate form submission, and only one comment per person per hearing will be accepted. The form can also be used for comments on unscheduled matters.

Comments may also be submitted by emailing Planning or calling 804-748-1125. For those attending in person, seating may be limited. Attendees wishing to speak on specific cases should sign up in the hallway before the meeting begins at 6 p.m.

Public comments will be accepted via online form, telephone message, and email until 5 p.m. on Monday, May 19. This ensures that comments are available for consideration by the Planning Commission prior to the meeting.

For updated information, citizens are advised to contact the Planning Department at 804-748-1050 or visit www.chesterfield.gov/plan by 5 p.m. on Monday, May 19 before attending the meeting in person.

The agenda, staff reports, and presentations for the May 20 Planning Commission meeting can be viewed ahead of time. The meeting will also be livestreamed on WCCT Chesterfield Community Television through Comcast channel 98 and Verizon channel 28, as well as on Chesterfield County’s YouTube channel.
