The Chesterfield Planning Commission is set to hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, June 17 at 6 p.m. The session will take place in person at the Public Meeting Room located at 10001 Iron Bridge Road.

Citizens are encouraged to submit comments on zoning cases via an online form, with a separate submission required for each public hearing. Each individual is allowed one comment per hearing. The form can also be used for remarks on unscheduled matters.

Additionally, comments may be submitted by emailing the Planning Department or calling 804-748-1125. For those attending in person, seating might be limited, and individuals wishing to speak must sign up in the hallway before the meeting starts at 6 p.m.

Public comments through the online form, email, or phone will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Monday, June 16. This ensures that all input is available for consideration by the Planning Commission ahead of the meeting.

For updated information, citizens should contact the Planning Department at 804-748-1050 or visit www.chesterfield.gov/plan by 5 p.m. on Monday, June 16 before attending the meeting.

The agenda, staff reports, and presentations for the June 17 meeting can be accessed online. The event will also be livestreamed on WCCT Chesterfield Community Television via Comcast channel 98 and Verizon channel 28, as well as on Chesterfield County’s YouTube channel.
