Details are available on the Parks and Recreation website.

Juneteenth will be celebrated with three events starting with “Our Man Mitchell,” a play by the Journey Program from Pine Camp Arts and Community Center, focusing on John H. Mitchell, Jr.’s advocacy through The Richmond Planet. This free performance is scheduled for June 14 at Pine Camp Arts & Community Center.

On June 19, the Juneteenth celebration continues at Intermediate Terminal with the 4th Jubilation in June Festival featuring Grammy-nominated artist Carl Thomas. A fireworks show will conclude the event. On June 20, Legacy Band will perform at Dogwood Dell.

Jazz at Fountain Lake returns to Byrd Park in 2025 as part of PRCF’s Open Streets concept. The Francoise Experience will perform on June 29.
