Jennifer McClellan has served as the U.S. Representative for Virginia’s 4th district since replacing Donald McEachin in 2023. Before her tenure in Congress, she served in both the Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2017 and the Virginia Senate. Born in Petersburg in 1972 and currently residing in Richmond, McClellan graduated from the University of Richmond with a BA in 1994 and later earned a JD from the University of Virginia in 1997.
