Later that day, Henrico County Government announced details regarding the Board of Supervisors’ regular meeting. The post stated: “The Aug. 12 regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors will start at 6 p.m. There are two ways to watch online: see the livestream at https://t.co/oCLIQkyYVb or join the Webex version at https://t.co/7oLgMAknzp. https://t.co/e5InVqM1Xf” (August 12, 2025).
A follow-up message emphasized opportunities for remote participation during the meeting’s public hearings and comment periods: “You can participate remotely if you’re watching on Webex.
