Later in the evening, at 23:25 UTC, Henrico County Government reported that “Following a public hearing, the Board has approved a resolution authorizing submission of the county’s five-year consolidated plan and fiscal year 2025-26 action plan to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.”
Henrico County serves as home to one school district—Henrico County Public Schools—which enrolled over 50,000 students during the 2023-24 academic year (source).
