In another post on May 13, McClellan addressed actions by the Energy and Commerce Committee against a proposed budget by House Republicans. Jennifer McClellan was born in Petersburg, Virginia in 1972 and currently resides in Richmond. She holds a BA from the University of Richmond (1994) and a JD from the University of Virginia (1997).
