Jennifer McClellan began serving as U.S. Representative for Virginia’s 4th district after replacing Donald McEachin in 2023. She previously served both in the Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2017 and later in the Virginia Senate. Born in Petersburg, Virginia in 1972 and currently residing in Richmond, McClellan holds degrees from the University of Richmond (BA) and University of Virginia (JD).
