Jennifer McClellan began serving in Congress in 2023 after succeeding Donald McEachin as representative for Virginia’s 4th district. Before her current role, she served in both the Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2017 and in the Virginia Senate. Born in Petersburg in 1972 and now residing in Richmond, McClellan holds degrees from the University of Richmond and the University of Virginia.
