Jennifer McClellan has represented Virginia’s 4th District in Congress since 2023 and previously served in both the Virginia House of Delegates and Senate. She succeeded Donald McEachin following his tenure in the seat. Born in Petersburg in 1972 and currently residing in Richmond, McClellan is an alumna of the University of Richmond and holds a law degree from the University of Virginia.
