Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan, who represents Virginia’s 4th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of tweets on May 14 and 15, 2026, addressing issues related to foreign policy and environmental protection.

On May 14, McClellan commented on ongoing military operations in Iran and rising fuel costs: “As gas prices skyrocket, House Republicans again refuse to bring our troops home from President Trump’s war of choice in Iran. With no end in sight, I voted to end this madness.”

The following day, she turned her attention to conservation policy. Born in Petersburg in 1972 and currently residing in Richmond, McClellan holds degrees from the University of Richmond (BA) and University of Virginia (JD).
