Jennifer McClellan has served as a member of Congress since replacing Donald McEachin in 2023. Prior to her current role, she was part of the Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2017 and later served on the Virginia Senate. Born in Petersburg in 1972 and now residing in Richmond, McClellan holds degrees from both the University of Richmond and the University of Virginia.
