Jennifer McClellan has served as representative for Virginia’s 4th District since replacing Donald McEachin in 2023. She previously held seats in both the Virginia House of Delegates (2006–2017) and the Virginia Senate. Born in Petersburg in 1972 and currently residing in Richmond, McClellan is an alumna of the University of Richmond (BA) and holds a JD from the University of Virginia.
