Jennifer McClellan began serving Virginia’s 4th congressional district in 2023 after succeeding Donald McEachin. She previously held positions in both the Virginia House of Delegates (2006–2017) and Virginia Senate. Born in Petersburg in 1972 and currently residing in Richmond, McClellan is an alumna of the University of Richmond (BA) and holds a JD from the University of Virginia.
