Jennifer McClellan has served in Congress since 2023 after succeeding Donald McEachin as representative for Virginia’s 4th district. She previously held seats in both the Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2017 and the Virginia Senate. Born in Petersburg in 1972 and currently residing in Richmond, McClellan holds degrees from the University of Richmond (BA) and University of Virginia (JD).
