Jennifer McClellan has served in Congress since replacing Donald McEachin in 2023. She previously held seats in both the Virginia House of Delegates and the Virginia Senate. Born in Petersburg in 1972 and now residing in Richmond, McClellan is an alumna of the University of Richmond and holds a law degree from the University of Virginia.
