Jennifer McClellan has served as Virginia’s 4th district representative since replacing Donald McEachin in 2023. Before joining Congress, she was a member of both the Virginia House of Delegates (2006-2017) and the Virginia Senate. Born in Petersburg in 1972, McClellan currently resides in Richmond. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond in 1994 and received her law degree from the University of Virginia in 1997.
