Jennifer McClellan has served as Virginia’s 4th District representative since 2023 after succeeding Donald McEachin. Before her tenure in Congress, she was a member of both the Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2017 and the Virginia Senate. Born in Petersburg in 1972 and currently residing in Richmond, McClellan holds degrees from the University of Richmond and the University of Virginia.
