Jennifer McClellan has served as the representative for Virginia’s 4th district since replacing Donald McEachin in 2023. Before joining Congress, she was a member of both the Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2017 and the Virginia Senate. Born in Petersburg, Virginia in 1972, McClellan currently resides in Richmond. She holds degrees from the University of Richmond (BA) and the University of Virginia (JD).
