Jennifer McClellan has represented Virginia’s 4th District since 2023, taking over from former U.S. Congress member Donald McEachin. Prior to her current role, she represented her constituents in the Virginia House of Delegates and subsequently in the Virginia Senate. Her education includes a BA from the University of Richmond and a JD from the University of Virginia.
