On Saturday, April 12, former George Wythe High School standout Makenna Gilman’s current college team, the West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wheeling Cardinals.

The game took place at JB Chambers I-470 Complex. This was their first matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 10 p.m. at JB Chambers I-470 Complex against Wheeling Cardinals.
