Mark Earley, a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, posted a series of messages on October 9, 2025, highlighting his legislative efforts and bipartisan approach.
In a post published at 11:48 a.m., Earley recognized PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day and discussed his recent votes in the House of Delegates. He stated, “Oct. 9 is PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day. I was proud to vote yes on HB 514 to extend the PANS/PANDAS Advisory Council and HB 1641 to amend the state plan to cover services for PANS/PANDAS.
Lots of VA kids struggle w/ PANS & PANDAS but often go misdiagnosed as many doctors are” (October 9, 2025).
Later that day at 2:09 p.m., Earley expressed gratitude toward a local business organization. He wrote, “Thank you @nfib_va
We’ll keep fighting for small business!” (October 9, 2025).
In a subsequent post at 4:03 p.m., Earley addressed his approach to policymaking and bipartisanship. He commented, “Everyone approaches policy through their own perspective, but no one person or party has a monopoly on good ideas.
In my time in the House, I’ve worked across the aisle in a bipartisan manner to get commonsense results. I’ve co-sponsored bills with members of both parties to” (October 9, 2025).
Earley’s references to PANS and PANDAS pertain to pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome and pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections, conditions that can affect children and are often misdiagnosed. His support for HB 514 and HB 1641 reflects ongoing legislative efforts in Virginia to improve services for children affected by these disorders.
The National Federation of Independent Business in Virginia (@nfib_va), which Earley thanked in his second post, advocates for small businesses across the state.
Earley’s emphasis on bipartisanship aligns with broader legislative trends in Virginia, where cross-party cooperation is often necessary for the passage of significant measures.
