City officials in Richmond will launch a new pothole repair initiative on March 4, 2026. The event is set to take place at Forest Hill Avenue and Bliley Road, with the demonstration scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m.

Odie Donald, Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Richmond, Bobby Vincent, Director of the Department of Public Works (DPW), and Andy Boenau, Director of the Department of Transportation, will be present along with the DPW Roadway Maintenance Team. The event aims to highlight Richmond’s commitment to road maintenance and public safety.
