The Richmond City Electoral Board announced on Apr. 7 that it will hold a public meeting on Sunday, April 19, at 3:45 p.m. The meeting will take place at 2134 W. Laburnum Avenue in Richmond, Virginia.

The board said the purpose of this notice is to inform the public about the scheduled meeting. An agenda for the session will be posted after review and approval by the Electoral Board.

According to the announcement, “the agenda is subject to change. Items may be added, removed, or modified prior to or during the meeting, as permitted by law.” The board also stated that “this meeting will be recorded.” Additional updates about logistics will be provided if necessary.

Members of the public can attend either in person or remotely using options that will be provided before the event. Details for joining live online or by phone are expected to be shared closer to the date.

A reminder from organizers notes that Logic and Accuracy (L&A) testing is set to begin at 3:00 p.m. at the Tech Warehouse before the main meeting starts. Questions regarding participation can be directed via email to electoral.board@rva.gov.
