Seven members of the University of Richmond men’s lacrosse team were named United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) All-Americans, the organization announced on May 21.
The announcement highlights individual achievements for the Richmond Spiders during the 2026 season, recognizing standout performances across several positions.
Short-stick defensive midfielder and team captain Jack Pilling was selected as a First Team All-American. This marks his third First Team recognition in the postseason. Defenseman Hunter Smith and midfielder Joe Sheridan earned Second Team honors, while midfielder Gavin Creo and attackman Aidan O’Neil were chosen for the Third Team. Goalie Connor Knight and long-stick midfielder Brayden Penafather-Stevenson received Honorable Mention recognition.
The selection by USILA places these athletes among top collegiate lacrosse players nationwide. The awards reflect both individual talent and contributions to the team’s success this season.
