The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Aston Donald McEachin, McEachin for Congress, refunded $350 to Wayne Gauthier on September 14, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

McEachin for Congress refunded $27,350 total since April 1.
