Barry DuVal, President and CEO of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, issued the following statement regarding Virginia’s recognition as “Best Business Climate” by Business Facilities. In addition to the recognition as the ”Best Business Climate”, Virginia also received the top recognition in the Tech Talent and Cybersecurity categories. Virginia also ranked among the top ten states in the Customized Training, Offshore Wind Power, Most Educated, and Highest Average Income categories.
