A stop at the top: Recent grad lands prestigious governor's fellowship

County of Franklin issued the following announcement on Sept. 27.

Governor’s Fellow Nathan Tatum spent the summer researching policy issues and reforms and delivering briefs to Gov. Ralph Northam’s staff. Tatum, a 2021 grad, majored in philosophy, politics, economics, and law, with a concentration in politics. He talks about what he learned while getting real-world experience as a full-time staffer in the Virginia State Capitol before heading to law school.
