Event Description:

How is the “Great Resignation”, underemployment, and the changing work culture impacting your business?

ChamberRVA Mix will explore the evolving workforce scene in the Richmond region and how it is impacting your business. Rachel Yost, Managing Partner, SIR and Beth Weisbrod, Vice President, Talent & Workforce, ChamberRVA will briefly share the key insights findings from the recently published Labor Market Analysis focused on talent retention, migration and attraction in RVA. They will also lead an interactive discussion highlighting:

  • RVA’s regional talent pool as it relates to hiring needs.
  • How to leverage the current labor/talent environment to business grow and prosper.
  • How your business plays an important role in the overall economic health of the region.
Join ChamberRVA Mix to meet and network with others while sharing the workforce opportunities and challenges you are experiencing. 

Thursday, January 13 - 5:00-6:30 pm at ChamberRVA.

FREE to ChamberRVA members however registration is encouraged.

Online registration will close at 3:00 pm, Wednesday, January 12.

Table-top space is available for ChamberRVA members only - space is very limited and handled on a first-come first-served basis.
