About: Spring is around the corner and warm weather is calling us to get outside and get active. Learn tips to get back into a fitness routine, how to stay active, and enjoy a virtual fitness demonstration with exercises that can be done at home or work to improve your health. Soula Antoniou, Executive Director of AHA Greater Washington Region, will moderate the event, which will feature Kaiser Permanente speakers, Dr. Elizabeth Kramer, Internal Medicine Physician & Lifestyle Medicine Specialist, and Sebastian Cohen, DPT, Physical Therapist, as well as fitness entertainer, Laurent Amzallag.
