Depression Support Group
April 12, 2022
4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
During these support group meetings, a trained therapist will guide individuals with depression through their experiences.
Group members will be able to connect with others who are dealing with depression and can offer encouragement, empathy, understanding and support.
This twice-a-month support group is ideal for individuals who need support beyond their circle of friends and family members.
It is preferred but not mandatory that participants be actively receiving therapy for depression.
