THE BREEDEN COMPANY – AMIDST MULTIFAMILY DIVISION’S SUBSTANTIAL GROWTH, NEW REGIONAL DIRECTOR ADDED TO VIRGINIA PORTFOLIO

The Breeden Company, a nationally recognized Virginia Beach-based real estate development firm, today announced the promotion of Debbie Holsomback to regional manager in the multifamily division. Holsomback is a 17-year Breeden team member, most recently managing a luxury multifamily asset in the Richmond, Virginia, market. She also served as a mentor in the company’s training group, being responsible for the promotion of 10 team members on average each year in the Richmond submarket. In Holsomback’s new position, she has oversight of over 1,400 units in the Richmond, Charlottesville, and northern Virginia regions. She is focused on the operations, sustainability and company culture of the property management teams as The Breeden Company seeks to develop more apartment communities in these regions.

“I am truly excited for Debbie in this transition. She is an incredibly well-rounded individual that brings a great deal of value to the division. She is creative, proactive and focused,” said Breeden President of Property Management Bonnie Moore. “We are excited for her to continue assisting in expanding our multifamily portfolio while also promoting internal growth and creating long-term careers and relationships among our team members.”

Holsomback has obtained several national multifamily designations including National Apartment Leasing Professional, Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor. Prior to her tenure with The Breeden Company, Holsomback worked for other nationally acclaimed multifamily management companies, including Trammell Crow and Cornerstone. Prior to property management, she worked in the hospitality industry for Marriott.
