Varun Bahl Joins Sands Anderson as Chief Operating Officer
Sands Anderson PC is pleased to announce Varun Bahl has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. In this newly created position, Bahl will drive the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and optimize its business performance. He will also oversee all aspects of firm administration including finance, human resources, marketing, information technology and office services.

Bahl has nearly 10 years of experience leading change at law firms through business model innovation, legal project management, and process improvement. He comes to Sands Anderson from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California, where he focused on bringing people, practices, and technology together to address the unmet needs of law firms and their clients.

Bahl earned a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey Business School in Ontario, Canada, and a Diploma in Business Administration from Cardiff University in Wales. He received his Bachelor of Commerce from the Delhi University in New Delhi, India. He is currently working towards a certificate in change management from the University of Cornell.
