On Tuesday, April 15, former Benedictine College Preparatory standout Spencer Baird’s current college team, the Lynchburg Hornets, won 7-3 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Virginia Wesleyan Marlins.

The game took place at James C. Fox Field. This was their second matchup against the Marlins this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 at 3:30 p.m. at James C. Fox Field against Christopher Newport Captains.
