The University of Richmond men’s tennis team earned a decisive home victory over Howard University on April 10. Strong performances in both doubles and singles propelled them to a sweep as they prepare for their next matchup against Hampton.
The University of Richmond women’s tennis team earned a narrow Senior Day victory over Liberty University, extending its winning streak to four matches. Seniors Elizabeth Novak and Lara Bakhaya were honored after the contest as Lainey O’Neil clinched the deciding point for the Spiders.
Saturday, April 11 will feature competition from these former City of Richmond area high school standouts.
