Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan, representing Virginia's Fourth District, recently shared updates on her legislative activities and community engagements through a series of tweets. McClellan, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress since 2023, provided insights into her work during the November session and addressed pressing issues affecting her constituents.

On November 27, 2024, McClellan tweeted about an active session in Congress: "It was an eventful November session! I introduced several bills, celebrated our Veteran of the Year, and more. Check out some of the highlights and stay tuned for a busy December work period."

In another tweet dated November 28, 2024, she highlighted concerns regarding stolen SNAP benefits: "We're seeing a major increase in stolen SNAP benefits in the Richmond area and local food banks are getting overwhelmed. I spoke with @CBS6 about why Congress should extend federal funding for states to replace stolen SNAP benefits set to expire December 20th."

Later that day, McClellan extended holiday greetings to her followers: "Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving. I am grateful for the honor to serve Virginia’s Fourth District."
