Jennifer McClellan addresses SNAP benefit theft surge and Medicare enrollment

Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan, who has been representing Virginia's 4th district in the U.S. Congress since 2023, recently shared several important updates through her social media platform. The tweets cover a range of topics including public assistance programs and healthcare options.

On December 6, 2024, Congresswoman McClellan highlighted a significant increase in "SNAP benefit theft in Richmond surged 2000%." She urged House appropriators to take action as the "Dec 20th deadline to replace stolen benefits" approaches. McClellan called for an extension of funding to "protect families in need."
