Later that day, she issued a reminder regarding road safety following recent snowfall. Although the snow had ceased, icy roads continued to pose hazards for pedestrians and drivers alike. She advised caution due to potential falling branches as well. " REMINDER: While the snowfall has stopped, the roads are still icy and pose a hazard to anyone walking or driving outside today. Drive safely and be mindful of falling branches!"

She acknowledged its pivotal role in striving for equality across racial lines since its inception in 1909 and highlighted its continued relevance amidst current societal challenges.
