MyHQ - NEW Utility eBill Option

The City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities announces MyHQ - a new eBill option available for enrollment. All customers are encouraged to take advantage of this free, easy and paperless electronic billing and payment option to ensure safer delivery of utility bills and payments.

Get the most convenience and flexibility! With  MyHQ Account, you can choose from multiple notification types, when and where to access your account, automatic or manual payments, and much more.  It's the most convenient and easy way to view and pay your bill.

•    Configure notifications

•    Create your easy to use wallet

This platform is a replacement for MyCheckFree, which retires on March 13, 2024.
